Unable to install Microsoft Office Pro Plus

Removed Microsoft Office 2019 with Revo Uninstaller. when installing the new Pro Plus 2021, a message appeared that an Office Packer was installed. Had to download SetUp_OffScrub. It is always indicated that Microsoft 365 and Office will be installed, I have indicated Microsoft 365 to clean up. As requested, let the laptop restart.

SetUp_OffScrub have it removed via the control panel. Wanted to reapply the trick with SetUp_OffScrub download to then point to Office 2019. This did not work because it is claimed that the program was already on the PC and had to continue with it while it was removed as indicated.

When installed, a "Couldn't Install" screen appears with recommendations whether the internet is working and there is enough space for installation. Go online for additional help Error Code 0-2054 (0) Go online for additional help.

Even uninstalled Office via C:/User/AppData/Roaming/Microsoft/Office. Installation

Is there anything else that could be done to remedy the matter?

Problem solved.

Through the internet, it was assumed that the installation package could be corrupt.

Downloaded it again and Office now works!
