I cannot access my Azure tenant

Hello.

I had an Azure tenant for about 2 years and I was working with it until a couple of weeks ago, but now I cannot access it anymore and it seems it has been deleted.

Can anyone help me to figure out what happened to it?
This is the error I'm facing when try to sign in:

Sign-in failed

Error code: AADSTS5000224

Error message: AADSTS5000224: We are sorry, this resource is not available. If you are seeing this message by mistake, please contact Microsoft support. Trace ID: 8747e3ed-e0c8-4e86-b6af-013c47f45e00 Correlation ID: 0e0d8887-6a62-4926-b342-7dadd0d8516e Timestamp: 2024-08-21 11:01:22Z

Hi @Sara Amini ,

if you can't sign in to create a support request with Microsoft, the best option might be to call Microsoft's Global Support: Global Customer Service phone numbers

Provide the details of the error message to the support:

Hi @Sara Amini ,

if your Azure Subscription is a free/trial subscription it will be disabled after 30 days.

Your credit runs out or is expired

There is no way to extend the free period.

But you can upgrade your free Azure Subscription to Pay-As-You-Go.

thank you for your comments and information.
Indeed I didnt have any subscription on that.
I was using it for about 2 years, with so many applications, users and some other configurations.

It was working until a couple of weeks ago, but now based on the error, it seems the tenant is deleted and I dont know why? and how I can request to recover it.
