Microsoft has been sending emails that I need to migrate my Classic Storage to Azure Resource Manager. The email includes the subscription ID but I don't know what account is associated with that ID. How can I find which account to use to logon to the portal?

If you can access the portal perform the steps belpw:

Go to portal.azure.com and search for and select "Subscriptions" in the top search bar. This will take you to the Subscriptions blade.

Select the subscription name to display more details. You can see the subscription ID and compare to what was provided

The above is cited from: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-portal/get-subscription-tenant-id

Screenshot showing the option to copy a subscription ID in the Azure portal. You can mark it 'Accept Answer' and 'Upvote' if this helped you

    Regards,

    Hi Weir, Alan,
For focused and dedicated assistance with this issue, please file a subscription ticket with our support team. You can submit a (free) support ticket with our Azure subscription support team by creating an Azure support request and selecting Subscription Management as the issue type.

Refer to this FAQ: How do I submit a support request if I can't sign in to the Azure portal?
