Using Oulook.com mail account on Outlook Live and does not synchronise mail folders to iPhone

Hi there,

I use an Outlook.com mail account from Outlook.live on the internet. I also have this mail account using the mail app on my iPhone XS with IOS 17.5.1

The mail folders on my iPhone do not reflect or synchronise with mt Outlook.com account.

Some appear, some do not. Some are main folders and some are sub folders.

I have deleted and removed all mobile devices form my Outlook.com account. I have deleted and re-added my outlook.com account to my iPhone, all to no avail. I cannot find any other help online that I have not already tried.

Please, please can someone help as it is causing problems for me when working out and about.
