How to delete Azure account forever and STOP auto charging!

I am not using Azure 6 month, and you continue dedicating the service price from my bank account. Delete my profile forever!

Thank you for reply, DSPatrick! I've tried to follow this page, but I don't have the button Delete subscription. I cancelled it a month ago, but still concern about possible deductions from my bank account.
