Remove Mark All as Read command

Hello, I would like to know if there is a way to disable "Mark All as Read" from both the desktop client and the online version. I have an user who is doing that on a common mailbox and is causing a lot of trouble - but i do want this user to still be able to read/write to it.

    There is no way to disable that command that I'm aware of.
