Adding other domains in Remote assistant

We currently have the HoloLens Industrial Edition with the Remote Assistant License, which allows us to make calls within our ( “trigo-group.com”) domain. However, we need to reach out to other domains, such as “.cnh.com,” where Microsoft Teams is available.

Could you please guide us on how to enable this functionality in remote assistant?

    Hello,

    Ensure that your domain (trigo-group.com) is federated with the other domain (cnh.com). This allows users from both domains to communicate with each other. You can set up federation in the Microsoft Teams admin center under Org-wide settings > External access.
