Error when trying to sign in to Microsoft 365 with the Microsoft Authenticator app

Good morning, excuse me, I'm having a problem logging into Microsoft 365 with the authenticator app. ******@proyectoresypantallasled.onmicrosoft.com sends me the number to authenticate but I don't get a response from either of the two cell phones on which the account is linked to the authenticator. I request help to be able to delete these two devices and re-link the Authenticator APP again.
PS: I've already tried to start using several methods but it redirects me to the APP.
