Facing Issues with Azure Subscription Payment: 'Check All Fields or Try a Different Card' Error

I've been trying to get an Azure subscription for quite some time, but I'm facing an issue that says, "check all fields are correct or try a different card." Even though I tried a different card, I'm still encountering the same issue. I tried using a different browser as well, but the issue still wasn't resolved.
