Error 0x204

I am unable to use Remote Desktop to connect outbound from one device to any other device within the domain. However, I can connect to the device from any other device on the domain. Other devices within the same subnet do not have this issue. I have already attempted several troubleshooting steps like running SFC, DISM repair, checking the Windows Firewall and external firewalls, checking and restarting remote desktop services, and clearing the default.rdp file. I have ensured the user is specifically permitted to access the device. I also updated the group policy and installed all Windows updates. I am using Windows 11 23H2 Enterprise, and my DNS is set automatically according to group policy. There is no VPN in use. Can someone please suggest a solution or further troubleshooting steps?

    Hello,

This error indicates a network issue. Since you have verified all the configurations, I suggest capturing a network log using a tool like Wireshark. Do you have a Gateway in your environment?
