Violation of Egregious Policy Microsoft Ads Account
I was setting up my Micorosoft Ads account today, then received the email of being suspended because of Egregious Policy.
I am trying to appeal it, because it doesn't make any sense that this happened, but the page where I am supposed to appeal goes to this one where it just tells me I'm suspended (in the 1st image attached).
Or if I do a search online and go to submit an appeal here: https://www.microsoft.com/en/digitalsafety/appeal , then I get this page (2nd image), but every email address I put in says I don't have a suspended account. I need to be able to get in touch with someone directly to appeal this. This is very frustrating and amateur on Microsoft's part.
When I attempt to log into merchant center with the correct email address, it brings me to the first page. THen I use that in the appeal form and it says I don't have a suspended account.
Please let me know how I can get in touch with a real person to resolve this.
