Is it possible to convert ActiveReports that has code behind class to Sql Server Reporting services?

Is it possible to convert ActiveReports that has code behind class to Sql Server Reporting services without rewriting every report?

Our project has over 100 GrapeCity ActiveReports that are complex and uses VB code in the code behind class.

We want to remove our dependencies on a third party tools if possible. I appreciate any help.

    I am not aware that such a report convert exists.
