https://olcsupport.office.com not working - can't submit form

Question

Hi, I want to fill in the form at https://olcsupport.office.com.

I can login with my microsoft account, and I can fill in the form, but when I press submit, the page doesn't move on. No matter what I do, it just won't work.

I entered all information needed (no faults on the page), used different browsers and different networks, still no success. Any suggestions?
