Can we get accounts exempted from Identity Protection risk detections

Hi folks,

Hope you are doing well!

I wanted to know if there is any way to exclude some specific accounts from risk detections of MS Entra Identity Protection. There are some accounts that which are used across the globe and Entra is flagging the account again and again.

Can this be done if we request MS.

Exclude those users from the Conditional Access policy that enforces risk responses

But, we are more interested in excluding the account from detection itself, is it not possible?

Not really. Even if they werent licensed, the risky users will be included in the reports
