We need some assistance in relation finding out who "Removed User Permissions" for a folder within our Microsoft SharePoint site.-

You could check removed user permissions for a folder through audit logs.

Here are steps:

1.Sign into the Microsoft Purview portal.

2.Select the Audit solution card.

3.On the Search page, configure the following search criteria as applicable as following.
