I understand that you are having issues with Azure Databricks Workspace whereby you are unable to Access Workspace Storage Account and unable to see or load data from the unity catalog when Data is available in the UI, but not in the workspace notebooks or SQL editor.
For the authentication (Access) issue:
Check Network and Firewall Settings, Authentication credentials, and Service Principal permissions. For network and firewall: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/databricks/security/network/storage/firewall-support
For the Unity Catalog Data Visibility Issues:
Ensure that external locations and storage credentials in the Unity Catalog are correctly configured and also insufficient permissions can prevent data from being accessed in notebooks or SQL editor.
