why am I seeing this error message while retrieving the deployed models?

I'm seeing the below error in Azure Open AI model deployments. I see the same error in the chat playground. Basically, there is some issue in retrieving the models deployed for Open AI project.

Thanks for reaching out to us for this issue. I can understand that you failed to call the deployment from playground. I just tried to reproduce this error but it works for me well.

It may be just a temporary issue which has gone. Please retry and let us know if it is still not working.

I see this error when I try to access the model deployments from the AI project space. It is still not working. We are facing this issue from the past 17 hours.

Region: North Central US

Model/Version: gpt-4o (I could not get more details since the model deployments are not loading..)
