How can i collaborate to update documentation?

How can i collaborate to update not only official documentation but also learn info?. The following link for example i think is missing some tools such as Data Flows https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/modules/petabyte-scale-ingestion-azure-data-factory/2-list-ingestion-methods
