Despite purchasing a Personal subscription yesterday, the issue with the online version of MS Office 365 remains, while the desktop application works fine. I prefer using the web version of MS Office 365 for its additional features, as the basic Word app doesn’t offer enough functionality to replace my laptop. How can I resolve this problem? I recently purchased a Huawei MatePad Air 11.5 2023 and intend to use it as a replacement for my laptop. I have a few questions regarding its setup:
I installed Microsoft Office, but it appears to have limited functionality compared to the desktop version of Word on my laptop. I then tried using the online version of Microsoft Office through the website. After logging in and creating a new Word document, I encountered an issue where the text disappeared when I pressed the space bar. This problem only seems to affect Word; other applications like PowerPoint and Excel seem to work fine.
