Cannot access a Partner Center after moving to the new tenant

Greetings. We recently moved to the new tenant from MS 365 Developer License. Now, when I try to log in to Partner Center, it shows empty, and there is no way to register again.
The error says The legal entity already exists for the given cid(s) . Please contact support. (Referenceld: )
There is no ticket creation option, and the UI doesn't let it.
I've tried to create a ticket from another Partner Center, but Copilot keeps pushing irrelevant links and blocking me from creating one.
If humans are still on board at Microsoft, please help.
