Need help to monitor standalone UCS C-series Model Rack servers with SCOM 2016

I have already imported CISCO management pack 4.1.3.0 suite with UCS central, UCS C series.
In SCOM console added Rack server details in Authoring, CISCO IMC Template, but still cant discover CISCO RACK servers. Can anyone help!!
