ADF @concat giving extra brackets and \....why? Please Help

HI!

All I am trying to do is in a VARIABLE concat the fixed url string value with the employee number and I am getting these brackets and backslashes as shown. the employee number is an array that I'm using an ForEach Activity. Any idea why I am getting these characters and how to remove them?

Can you please provide the concat dynamic code you are using to add those variables. With an array you have to add the variable like @markus.bohland@hotmail.de (variables('url'),item()) where item() is your employee number available through ForEach container. Please find below snippet where I have used string array as a variable to loop through and set the values if this helps.
