My MacBook Air just restarted without warning and an important document that was unsaved seems to be lost. I didn't even realize that the computer restarted but when I sat down to my laptop only 2 of the 4 word docs I was working on were open. I have tried and tried but it doesn't appear that the document was autosaved. Is there any way to recover it? There was really important information in the document that I can't recreate.

My Word documents just froze, and I had to do ALT CTRL DELETE. All my document changes are lost. Can I get them back?
