Enterprise keywords in SharePoint Online

Hi everyone.

We have an intermittent issue with our Enterprise Keywords column in a SharePoint Online document library. The issue is that sometimes when users enter in a new keyword, it won't save. They'll type the new keyword in, hit enter, then click in another part of the details section and the keyword won't save. This issue is intermittent and not isolated to one user.

Has anyone else seen this before? If it was one user or one document (or even happening all the time) it would be easy enough to resolve, but the intermittent nature of it is stumping me.

I should note that I can't replicate the issue regardless of how many times I've tried to.

    Hi @Lisa ,

    Per my test, I cannot reproduce your issue. Is this issue only in this column? Are you using Classic experience or modern experience?
    In this case I would suggest you open a service request for direct help.
