Unload to setup Robo 3T GUI Client

Hi ,

I have setup a Linux VM and installed mongodb. Enabled the required setting in NSG and now I am trying to connect with to mongodb using Robo 3T client using ssh and I am getting following error

Error:
Operation timed out. Failed to create SSH channel. (Error #60)

SSH is enabled and 27017 port is also listening . Can verify both but RoboT client is unable to connect. Any help highly appreciated.

As you mentioned that you have already enable 27017 port on NSG and on the VM it is already listening. The issue could be any other NSG rule impacting at the subnet level. To check this, requesting you to use this tool and see if the required port on the public IP is open.

that say's port is closed...huh but NSG screen say - "Impacts 0 subnets," Not sure whats wrong.
