Migrating worloads from one subscription to another

Question

Hello Experts,

I have a requirement to migrate workloads from one subscription to another.

VPN Gateway
Azure active directory domain services
Cognitive Services
Storage of removed VM
WSUS - VM

Could you please let me know if this could lead to any downtime? Any best practices or recommendations are much appreciated as I am new to azure. Could you please let me know any other impacts

You can use the Azure portal, Azure PowerShell, Azure CLI, or the REST API to move resources.

The resources you want to move must support the move operation. For a list of which resources support move, see Move operation support for resources.
