Conditional Formatting not showing up on column

I want to apply conditional formatting only on column not row ( below picture is for reference )

Solution Required: How can I apply conditional formatting only on column not row

Hi @Mohammad Qasim ,

Please set Apply formatting to specific column " Company Expiry Date" instead of "Entire Row":

Then it'll change the column color based on condition instead of entire row:
