I am now using windows 10 version 1903 if I update from 1903 to 20h2 will all my photos, videos, files be lost?

    Hello,

    Upgrade will not affect your content, it will only update your Windows 10 version so that you can enjoy new features. But if you're really concerned, you can backup important stuff to USB drive or OneDrive before upgrading.
