How to connect via Bastion?

Can anybody give me step-by-step instruction how to connect via Bastion?

I have default iPv4 and it's not available for Bastion. I am on free account.
Is it possible to connect via Bastion?
I can't edit and delete my default network configuration.
Also I can't create AsureBastionSubnet as it is written here https://learn.microsoft.com/bs-latn-ba/azure/devtest-labs/enable-browser-connection-lab-virtual-machines
I choose prefix more than 27, but it's the same problem.

    @Light , Looks like you are trying to deploy new VNET with Bastion subnet as part of Bastion creation. This method will fail in finding the AzureBastionSubnet. Please try creating the VNET and AzureBastionSubnet separately first and try to deploy Bastion by associating VNET and subnet later.
    This way should work fine.

    SS: I did create the VNET and Subnet first and integrated them During Bastion deployment configuration setup.
