I am trying to setup my SAP server and the license manager does not want to boot and I noticed when I try to turn on TAO NT naming service on local computer this issue pops up. Right now several of my tools don't want connect to server not sure if this is the cause. Not sure in this case the 10013 error is related to the 1068 error.

Hello @Jonathan Brotto ,

Error 10013 has the symbolic name WSAEACCES and the brief description "An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions."

Error 1068 has the symbolic name ERROR_SERVICE_DEPENDENCY_FAIL and the brief description "The dependency service or group failed to start."

The TAO NT Naming Service is failing to start because of a socket problem - possibly a port number that it wants to listen on is already in use.

Other services "depend on" the TAO NT Naming Service and its failure to start mean that they cannot start and report ERROR_SERVICE_DEPENDENCY_FAIL.
