If you have an MS 365 subscription then just go to your subscriptions and download the latest version. You'll need to remove the old version first.
If you don't have a subscription then either get one, they aren't expensive for the entire 365 suite, or buy a commercial license for the latest version. Then uninstall the old version and download the new one.
There is no "free" option for a newer version of Office. That would be piracy and it is illegal.
