How to use Azure DevOps orgination accounts with Microsoft Copilot inside Visual Studio?

Our company uses Azure AD along with an on-premises DevOps server. The on-premises DevOps server is not setup for GIT and we will not be moving to GIT in the near future.
All developers have an Azure AD account that is tied into our DevOps server.
We would like to use some type of AI assisted code help inside Visual Studio, like Copilot, ChatGPT, others.
Our company does not allow developers to use non Azure AD accounts.
With that said, is that some way to use Microsoft Copilot inside Visual Studio with our current Azure AD accounts and without creating GITHUB accounts?
