I am stuck in a loop where the Authenticator app is asking me to authenticate using the app itself. I was logoff from app and now I cant log on in to app, also I can't turn off two step verification because I can't log on in to microsoft auenticator app.

Can someone from the Microsoft team help us or at least give us an email to which we can send a query on how to solve the problem. The support is such that it cannot help, and here no one relevant answers the question.

I am even looking for the pop up message where you can enter the code, but it doesn’t show anymore. Not sure what happened. It made things complicated this time.
