We have tested various laptops, including Surface, Dell, and Lenovo models, across different networks. The issue arises when a laptop is assigned to a user in Intune; after the initial setup, when the user attempts to log in, it accepts the Microsoft account but then persists on the 'please wait' message without any further progress.

I have the exact same issue, but without user assigned

After the reseal the computer is shutdown.

Later on it is powered up, the user logs in and here instead of continuing the User Flow, it remains hung on this screen.

Tried without policies nor applications deployed, same behaviour.
