Why does it take 12 hours to fully get the Outlook Addin manifest?

Hi,

We are using the outlook addin, upon uploading the manifest manually, it states that it requires 12 Hrs for it to take full effect.

  • May we know the reason for this one? (A documentation would be good)
  • Do we have a way to check if the manifest is updated on the users?
