where is the position of the Dllcache folder?

Hi,
I have uncheck hidden files and system files protection in file options, still don't find Dllcache folder in C:\windows\system32 folder.I also modify the group policy to modify the Dllcache folder path, still can not find the folder, could you please tell me the folder path or how to find the folder? windows version: windows 10 Enterprise 20H2,OS build:19042.685

Files that are necessary to start Vista are stored in the %windir%\winsxs\Backup folder. You can use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files.Please refer to this similar question to get more details ,.
