I have the Offline installer for Azure Data Studio
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/azure-data-studio/download-azure-data-studio
I have the Offline Installer for Python
https://www.python.org/downloads/windows/
I can download wheels or packages for jupyter and powershell_kernel.
I can copy these installers and packages to an offline Windows 10 system, and successfully install ADS and Python.
How do I then install these dependencies while offline?
What is my next step on this disconnected system to allow me to be able to change kernels?
How do we create new Tags?
