No account for Pearson Vue to sync with?

Hi,

I am trying to book an exam through Pearson Vue but I'm unable because I don't have a registered Microsoft account? Although I'm currently logged in as a profile now on my msft account so not sure what that's all about.

I spoke to Pearson Vue and they asked me to speak to Microsoft to enable my msft account, not sure how to do that if that is the right answer.
