Hi,

Recently we have installed Office 365 Management pack. Issue we are facing is we are able to see the alerts in SCOM console but it is not getting triggered to Alert log file through which any incident can be created.
Process is alerts are sent from SCOM to the MID Server and sent from the MID server to TfSNow.

This issue is only for rule/monitor for this management pack. For other rule/monitor incidents are getting generated.

Regards,
Ravi

    Hi,

May we know more details about how SCOM send the alerts to MID server? Through command channel notification? If there any restriction in the MID server to limit the source?

    Hi @Ravi Bhushan ,

shouldn't this be configured within the SNOW->SCOM connector instance?

    Configure the SCOM connector instance
    https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/istanbul-it-operations-management/page/product/event-management/task/t_EMConfigureSCOMConnector.html

Please also make sure the alert collection is not limited to particular groups:

Limit collected SCOM alerts to specific SCOM groups
    https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/jakarta-it-operations-management/page/product/event-management/task/t_EMAssignRoleSCOMGroup.html

    Hope I could help.
