Things to check:
- Make sure you can ping the DNS server from the exchange box
- Ensure that IPV6 is enabled on the Exchange server's network interface
- Ensure that all the drivers are up to date.
Sometimes this event ID can be generated by a System Mailbox as described here, in which case you can update the value of FullScanMoveJobsPollingPeriod to a higher number to avoid getting that error as frequently.
