I can’t access anything because of this message:
you need to sign in as an administrator but there aren't any administrator accounts on this pc...
I can’t get the command prompt, troubleshooting options, etc. because any attempt results in this message.
Can I boot in safe mode somehow? I’m the only administrator on this pc, never had any problems until this weeks Windows 10 update failed. The automatic repair starts but doesn’t work. I don’t have a windows disk, nor a usb stick to plug in...any ideas?

Thank you but this is the same information I’ve read in other forums. 😩 do you know how to access the safe mode or command prompt?
Not sure what is meant, if none of the options worked for you, then you can always clean install it.

How do I download it if I can’t get past the blue screen?

Oh dang now I’m scared I can’t recover my stuff. I don’t have anyone around me with a pc and even if I could go to the public library to download it, my computer doesn’t read discs or USB ports. I was hoping there was somehow to fix this problem directly on the pc but it doesn’t seem like I can.
It will read an sd card, do you think that will suffice in place of a usb disc?
I'd suggest taking it to someone knowledgeable in computers.

I appreciate your effort, i can’t afford it at the moment (pandemic) and what money I’ve been able to make has been freelance and the pc was the tool to make it possible. I’m sure many people are struggling with a similar paradoxical situation...like when you need a job to buy a car but a car to find a job (public transportation isn’t available in my rural area, even Uber is very rarely an option). I just don’t understand why none of the options are working. I’m so sad over this but I really appreciate your expertise!
