In mid of Nov, during my PC’s window 10 were updating, my PC was hanged and without any feedback for a long time. (I don't know what window update were doing. This is the automatic windows update.)

After restarted my PC and login to the window 10, my PC became black screen with cursor.

I tried to hit the CLTR+ALT+DEL keys and select Task Manager, there is no feedback.

I also tried to restart my PC and go to Advanced options or go into Safe Mode to fix the black screen problem, but my PC requested to provide the BitLocker recovery key. However, I did not have any memory that I did set the BitLocker recovery key before.
I also cannot find the BitLocker recovery key from my Microsoft account.

In addition, I did find this share link (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/finding-your-bitlocker-recovery-key-in-windows-10-6b71ad27-0b89-ea08-f143-056f5ab347d6) before, but this link cannot solve the problem.

As I have many importance's files in my computer, please kindly advise any other method(s) can assist on to solve the bitlocker issue or where can I find my PC's BitLocker recovery key.

On the other hand, i found the following information from your website, but didn’t try (as i don’t know whether this can solve the bitlocker issue). Please kindly advise for more details.

Thanks for your assistance.

    Hi,
I understand your current situation, but for Bitlocker mechanism, what we can do is to use the Recovery Key to decryption. Without the Recovery Key, we cannot unlock it.
As mentioned in your first link, the Bitlocker Recovery Key is usually stored in five places, such as your Microsoft Account, or local printing and so on.
For the second link, it is related to MBAM (Microsoft BitLocker Administration and Monitoring), If we have MBAM configured on IIS, we should be able to find the Recovery Key because it is already in MBAM. Or we have configured store BitLocker Recovery Keys using Active Directory, it will be backed up in our DC. If not, we could not find the recovery key.
For system security, this also means that without the BitLocker Key, no one else will be able to open our computer.
Remove all wireless mouse or keyboard during boot, also try removing any other USB devices connected to the device.
If you know the Bitlocker recovery key, try the steps below to unlock.
    https://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/18671.bitlocker-troubleshooting-continuous-reboot-loop-with-bitlocker-recovery-on-a-slate-device.aspx
If you could not have recovery key, I'm afraid that you need to contact local data recovery center.
    Good luck
Hope this helps and please help to accept as Answer if the response is useful.
    Carl
