Assuming you have the correct video driver installed, if the second monitor connected shows up as a clone of the Laptop monitor, the supported resolutions will not show up for the second monitor. In your display software, setup the second monitor as "extended" display and the supported resolutions should appear.
How can i setup 1920x1080 resolution to my second monitor on Windows 10?
