Not able to open GUI tools on Azure Ubuntu 16.04 VM instance

Hi,

I am able to take ssh to my azure VM, i want to run few GUI applications there.

I have al the packages required to run my GUI application, but when I run my code its being idle and giving me the GUI frame.
