I deployed Iot central solution and do not appears in my resources list ?

Is this a trial app @AhmedAssad-8581 ? Trial apps are not deployed on your subscription and therefore not available in the Azure Portal.

We don't have that documented in our docs today, but I'll be sure to update them to reflect that. Thanks for raising that. You can see when you create an app that we don't ask for a subscription : 
vs when you create a paid app, we do ask yo for a subscription info.

@AhmedAssad-8581 What solution have you deployed and where exactly are you looking for the resource list? If you are looking for an IoT Central applications created through https://apps.azureiotcentral.com/ you will be able to see those in your MyApps section.
If you are looking for the resource in Azure Portal, you can see it under the Resource Group used for the creation of applications or use All Resources to search.

I found it in my solutions at iot central portal but I don’t find it in azure portal resources list, is it related to tier of creation ?
This is nothing to do with the tiers. You can always see the resource list as shown above. Can you share what solution you have deployed and where exactly you are checking?

This looks strange. Can you search with a resource name in Azure portal and update as mentioned earlier? You can also try creating a new IoT Central app and check again in Azure portal. What permissions do you have in the subscription level? Are you an admin or have sufficient privilege's to view the resources? If you are admin and still can't see the resources, please try to re-login to the Azure portal by clearing browser cookies, cache and history.
