We recommend users to upgrade to the latest version of Microsoft Edge and in case you have a users who are using legacy Microsoft Edge ask them to upgrade to new one. -

2020-12-14T06:54:26.027+00:00 First, you need to check your OS version. If you're using OS version before Windows 10 version 20H2, you can access Edge Legacy after installing the new version of Microsoft Edge. You can refer to these steps to enable Microsoft Edge side-by-side browser experience.
If you're using Windows 10 version 20H2 or newer, the side-by-side experience is not supported. So you can't access Edge Legacy any more in Windows 10 20H2+. In this situation, if you want to test on Edge Legacy, you can use some products like BrowserStack or use a VM with an old version of Windows.
