Exam AZ-900 for employees

Hello,
I am a Microsoft employee, Almog Rubinstein, and I participated in the "Microsoft Azure Virtual Training Day: Fundamentals" on line event a few days ago.
At the end of the event, I got a mail indicating that I can take the Exam AZ-900 for free but when I try to submit a request to take the exam there is an error:

Please login with your personal Microsoft Account (eg: @Karima ben .com) to create/edit your Microsoft Certification profile and to link your employee account.

I did link my personal Gmail account but the problem persists.
Is there a problem for Microsoft employees to take the free exam?

    Microsoft Certification / Training is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam scheduling / vouchers in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
