I think it has repaired by itself after 2 or 3 days. Maybe some server sync issues, idk

I don't know what happened, but all the groups are gone. My classes, attachments, friends are the same, I haven't seen them for several hours. I tried to log out, log in again, the situation is similar on another computer. Anyone had a similar case?

Are there any error messages about this issue in your client?
In this case, we recommend you try to log in Teams web client to see if this issue still persist.
In addition, you can try to clean your Teams client cache file and restart it to see if it can be fixed. For more details, you can refer to:
