Hi
A Microsoft account was generated by the ministry of education months ago and I installed all office apps on my Mac. They were working very well but now I can't edit or do anything with the apps! A message appear that I only can view without edit, They asked me to contact the admin!
Any solution for this issue?

According to your description, the issue is related to using Office apps on Mac, so I'll remove the irrelevant tag about Exchange server and add the tag "Office for Mac itpro" instead.

Please login into Office 365 portal (https://portal.office365.com) -> click your account in upper-right corner and click My account ->click Subscriptions on the left menu ->in Licenses, check if you have the license
If no license has been assigned, please contact your office365 administrator.

Yes, Office365 A1 provides office on the web and not the desktop version. Please contact your office365 administrator for upgrading. Below reference would provide information on the features of A1 license.
