When I try to sign into the portal, I get an error message that says "The logged in user is not authorized to fetch tokens for extension 'Microsoft_Azure_Support' because the user account is not a member of tenant 'f8cdef31-a31e-4b4a-93e4-5f571e91255a'. Error details: invalid_grant: 50020 - [2024-08-23 19:05:53Z]: AADSTS50020: User account '{EUII Hidden}' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft Services' and cannot access the application 'c44b4083-3bb0-49c1-b47d-974e53cbdf3c'(Azure Portal) in that tenant."
So I am unable to create Azure Support Tickets. I was wondering if the MFA changes was going to affect Devops Azure?
@josh majeno It sounds like you might be logging in with the wrong account.
If you're trying to sign in for a work or school account, you'll need to select that.
The fact that your error message states that it's a live.com account that you're signing in with tells me that you're using a personal account to sign in.
Please note that you can create personal accounts that share the email ID of a work account so ensure you are selecting the correct account type when trying to sign in.
This is an account generated by DevOps.Azure.com, but that's not the issue currently.
